1. Publisher

SportLeak is a multi-sport platform published by Lecat Strategic Consulting, SIRET 90329861000028, Argelès-sur-Mer, France. Contact: [email protected]. Site: https://sportleak.com.

2. Nature of the service

SportLeak provides statistical analyses, calibrated probabilities and decision-aid tools for sports covered by the platform (hockey, basketball, and other sports as they become available), via sportleak.com and each vertical’s site (e.g. hockey.sportleak.com, basket.sportleak.com). Content is informational only. It is not gambling advice, not a bookmaker, and does not guarantee any financial result. Users are solely responsible for how they use the information.

3. Plans

• Free ($0) — Full history of finished games and past statistics. No access to predictions for upcoming games.
• Discovery Pass ($4.99) — Full access to every sport and every feature for 7 days. At the end of those 7 days the subscription automatically continues at $29.99 per year unless it is cancelled before the term.
• Founding Member ($29.99 per year) — The same full access, renewed yearly, plus a permanent Founder badge (numbers #1–500). $25 for the first year when subscribed during an active Discovery Pass ($4.99 credit).

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on /pricing. Payment is processed by Stripe: your payment method is stored by Stripe and charged automatically at each term. SportLeak never stores your card details.

5. Term, automatic renewal & cancellation

The subscription runs for one year and renews automatically at each annual term unless cancelled.

In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, we notify you by email — at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the cancellation deadline — of your right not to renew.

You may cancel at any time online from /pricing or your account, through “Manage subscription”, which opens the Stripe billing portal (article L215-1-1). No justification is required.

Cancelling stops all future charges; access remains active until the end of the period already paid. The Founder badge, once obtained, is kept.

6. Withdrawal & refunds

Access is digital content supplied immediately. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 13°). Goodwill refunds may still be granted at our discretion, for example a clear billing error or a duplicate purchase. Contact [email protected]; mandatory EU consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportLeak is not liable for betting or investment losses, nor for decisions taken from the service. The service is provided “as is”; availability and model outputs may vary. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Account & data

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Billing data is processed by Stripe. Account and usage data are processed to provide the service; contact us for access/deletion requests where applicable. See also the privacy policy.
